No data shall be disclosed to third parties, except for transmitting the credit card data to the executing banks/payment service providers for the purpose of collecting the purchase price, to the transport company/shipping company commissioned by us to deliver the goods, as well as to our tax consultant in order to meet our obligations under tax law.
We will erase the data stored with us after the purchasing process is cancelled. In case a contract is concluded, all data concerning the contractual relationship shall be retained until the expiry of the retention obligation under tax law (7 years). The data name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase shall be stored beyond this period until the expiry of product liability (10 years). The processing of data is based on the legal provisions of Section 96 Para. 3 TKG (Telecommunications Act) and of Art. 6(1) point a (consent) and/or point b (necessary for the performance of a contract) GDPR.
SOCIAL MEDIA COOKIES
