Order information

How can I order on frauenschuh.com?

1. Basket

Select the products that you would like to order by clicking the "Add to basket" button. Your selection is place in the basket. You can amend this selection at any time before placing your order by changing the item quantity, deleting the selection by checking the "Remove" box or cancelling the order process. Proceed to the next order step by clicking on the "Checkout" button.

2. Checkout

If you already have a customer account, please sign in using your email address and password, otherwise please register as a new customer. Your data is collected, processed and used in accordance with data protection legislation (Data Protection information). It is not used for any other purpose or passed to third parties. Once you have logged in you can select the shipping method. Proceed to the next order step by pressing "Continue".

3. Check billing address / select payment method

Check your billing address and specify your preferred payment method. Proceed to the next order step by pressing "Continue".



4. Check delivery address / select shipping method

Check your delivery address and specify your preferred shipping method. Proceed to the next order step by pressing "Continue".


5. Complete order / T&Cs and Data Protection

You obtain an overview of your order: the selected products, the delivery and billing address and your contact details. Check that all the information is correct and read through the terms and conditions and the returns policy. You can only proceed with your order once you have agreed to the T&Cs and the Data Protection Declaration (check box). Send your order to us by clicking the button "Send order". This constitutes a legally binding agreement.
Registered customers can use their email address and chosen password to login.
If you have not registered yet, please complete your customer account with all necessary information. All mandatory fields marked with * must be completed.

How can I cancel my order?

If you liked to cancel your order or a part of it, simply send us e-mail with your concern in eshop@frauenschuh. com. This should contain your order number - we look after all other as quickly as possible.

Instant Transfer

With INSTANT transfer you can conveniently transfer the corresponding sum from your online bank account whilst placing your order. Frauenschuh Bekleidungs GmbH receives a real-time confirmation when the INSTANT transfer is complete. Therefore your order can be processed immediately.

Credit Card

You can pay by MasterCard and Visa. The credit card details are transferred in a secure, Wirecard CEE payment window.

Our payment system participates in the 3D security programme "Verified by Visa" or "MasterCard Secure". These are special security procedures developed by the credit card-issuing banks, which check whether the lawful card holder and the lawful online traders are currently participating in a transaction.
If this security parameter is provided by your credit card, upon completing payment an additional query screen from your bank appears in which you must confirm the transaction by entering your "Security Code". The transaction can only proceed if the correct password is entered.

With this payment method, payment is made upon delivery of the goods to your specified location.

Payment by PayPal

Please select "PayPal" as your payment method and you will be transferred to the PayPal site automatically. If you have an existing PayPal account, you can log in using your user data to confirm the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can register one and proceed with the payment. Refunds from returns will be booked onto the registered PayPal account.

Parcel insurance

All FRAUENSCHUH.com deliveries are insured against theft and damages. The insurance shall lapse upon written confirmation of receipt when goods are delivered by our service partner.

Order tracking

You will be informed by email as soon as our logistics partner collects your shipment from us. This email contains your parcel tracking number. You can use this to enquire about and track the status of your parcel.

Customer account

You can find the “Customer Account“ function in our menu bar. Here you can login with your email address and your personal password and amend your personal information at any time. The following functions are available here:

Returns & exchanges

(Austria / Germany)

You can return items within 14 days of receiving your goods. A corresponding returns form is enclosed in your order; please complete and send it back to us with your returns. Please find detailed conditions for returning your order in our Terms and Conditions (T&Cs).

Please use the returns label enclosed in your parcel for returns. By doing so, FRAUENSCHUH.com pays the shipping and insurance costs of your returns. The returns are shipped by UPS.

Returns for all other countries

Please send the goods to us using a shipping method of your choice, ensuring that they reach us within the stated deadline of 14 days from delivery. Send the parcel to the following address: Frauenschuh Bekleidungs GmbH, Josef-Pirchlstr-50,6370 Kitzbühel.

Refund money

When and how I get back my money?

After your Retoure have arrived us and the article was checked, we refund to you within less days the suitable amount. The respective amount is transferred to you to your given account back – nevertheless, please note that the return remittance on your credit card lasts longer than with a bank credit transfer. Unfortunately, we cannot influence the speed of the repayments, this is given by the respective banks.

Vouchershop

Information regarding our Frauenschuh gift card:

The gift card will be sent to you via post to the delivery address you have specify. If possible, the purchased gift cards can be shipped by UPS / Post or DHL which you shall receive within three working days from the date of purchase. .

Information about the print @ home coupon:

You will receive the print @ home voucher in a separate e-mail. You can download, print and give the voucher immediately to you love ones.

Duties & Taxes

Custom duties and taxes within the european union

No additional taxes or customs duties are charged for articles that are shipped within the European Union. The articles’ prices and shipping costs include VAT and are thus listed as gross prices.

The following countries are members of the european union:

Germany, Austria, Great Britain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus (South Cyprus only).

Custom duties and taxes outside the european union

If the goods are not shipped to an EU country, you will only pay NET PRICES on FRAUENSCHUH.com. Once you have entered your shipping details, these prices will be shown excluding applicable VAT in Austria. In most cases, it takes 2-4 days to ship the goods to Switzerland or the US. Please note that we bear the costs for transport and insurance of the goods as well as any costs relating to shipping documents. Applicable turnover tax on imports as well as possible custom charges will be separately brought to the recipient's account by the supplier company (UPS/ DHL). Please note that, in case of returns, a reimbursement of custom charges or turnover tax on imports is not possible.
