We employ our logistics partner UPS for all worldwide shipping. All deliveries dispatched by FRAUENSCHUH.COM are insured against theft and accidental damage. The insurance shall lapse as soon as you have received your delivery and confirmed this in writing.
We regret that we are unable to deliver to post office boxes.
You will only be charged once for partial shipments and exchanges.
We process and dispatch orders during our general business hours. These are Monday to Friday 08:00 CET - 18:00 CET (excluding national holidays). The goods shall be ready for dispatch no later than upon receipt of payment.
The shipping costs are displayed clearly once again in your basket and order confirmation.
