At Frauenschuh you have a selection of different payment methods to choose from. We aim to provide the most convenient and most secure payment methods for you.

We accept payment by credit card, instant transfer, prepayment, cash on delivery.

instant transfer:

"Instant transfer" is a convenient payment method with the TÜV certificates "Certified Data Privacy" and "Verified Payment System". Instant transfer was developed by Payment Network AG and is already used in numerous online shops in Germany. A transfer from your online bank account takes place automatically, and in real time via the secure Payment Network AG payment transfer form, which cannot be accessed at all by the online shop. The purchase total is transferred immediately and directly to the trader's bank account.

credit card:

You enter your credit card details on our website. Your entered data is encrypted and sent to the respective credit card provider. The invoice total is automatically debited after the card has been verified. The technology used guarantees the correctness and security of the transaction. Your order is processed as soon as the transaction is complete.

The security software employs an encryption method that protects your credit card information against interception and manipulation during transfer. Please note that you are responsible for paying any foreign bank charges. Credit notes as a result of returned goods are credited to the corresponding credit card.

Secure Payment Process

The data is transferred encrypted with SSL (Secure Socket Layer).
Only secure code transactions are accepted for Visa and MasterCard payments (security standards "Verified by Visa" and "MasterCard Secure Code").
After it has been verified that the credit card belongs to the Secure Code system, the system contacts the card issuing bank, thereby the purchaser approves the purchase. Once the bank confirms the identity, the credit card is debited. Otherwise the order process is cancelled.


Please select "PayPal" as your payment method and you will be transferred to the PayPal site automatically. If you have an existing PayPal account, you can log in using your user data to confirm the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can register one and proceed with the payment. Refunds from returns will be booked onto the registered PayPal account.


You can also pay for your order in advance. You will receive the bank details for prepayment with your order confirmation. We will dispatch your order as soon as the payment has been transacted.
If we do not receive the purchase price and shipping costs to the account listed below within 4 working days of receiving the order, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

By cash on delivery:

We offer orders by cash on delivery in Austria, Germany and Switzerland. In principles, we also accept payment by cash on delivery on a limited scale. However, this only applies to orders that do not exceed the following total value threshold:
Austria: Shipping costs incl. COD charge (UPS): EURO 13.00
Germany: Shipping costs incl. COD charge (UPS): EURO 13.00
Switzerland: Shipping costs include COD charge (UPS): EUR 19.00

The invoice total of the goods must be paid to the delivery company in cash upon receipt of the goods.


Payments and refunds are billed in Euro (EUR).

Returns Policy

All items purchased from FRAUENSCHUH.COM can be returned. If you would like to exercise your right to return goods, please ensure the following:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • All return items must be unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition. Labels must not be removed.
  • Returns must be made in one shipment. Therefore, if several items are to be returned, these must be returned to in one single shipment.
  • Free returns are only applicable in Austria and Germany and shall only be made through the shipping provider that delivered the order. If returns are not made through the stated shipping provider, the purchaser shall be responsible for costs and risks.
  • The returns slip must always be filled out carefully and returned with the item of clothing. You will receive this form with your order.
  • We can only accept returns that comply with all aforementioned terms.

Please allow 10 - 14 days from receiving your returns for a full refund of the purchase price. Once we have received your returns, we will send confirmation of the refund by email. The time that it takes for you to receive this refund depends on each individual credit card provider. However this normally takes place within two credit card statements.

If the recipient indicated in the order is not the purchaser of the goods, the debit amount is always reimbursed to the purchaser and the card and/or account holder.

The refund shall be given in the same currency as the purchase. Any losses due to currency fluctuations shall not be reimbursed.

Please note that we can only accept returns from the corresponding delivery country. For example, if the delivery was sent to Germany, the returns can only be sent from Germany. Please also note that shipping costs for returns will not be reimbursed.
